How do I earn points?
To earn points, you need to make bookings with Mercury Holidays & Sunspot Tours. Once you have made your booking, you will then need to make a claim to receive your points.
How do I claim my reward?
Once you have made a booking with Mercury Holidays or Sunspot Tours, you need to complete the online claims form on the respective website, the links are as follows:

How do know how many points I am due?
From one month to the next, the amounts you can earn may vary, you can find out what Incentives are on offer by visiting the Mercury or Sunspot websites and viewing the incentives section, where full details are provided. Or alternatively you can contact the Agency Sales team on 01732 775 009.
How do I know how many points I have?
Click POINTS in the menu bar at the top of the page. This will take you to your POINTS statement and tell you how many points you have, how many you have received and how many you have spent.
OR
Look above the task bar opposite to your ‘Welcome back’ name to locate your points balance
How do I make a new booking?
To make a new booking, you can either log in to either of our website and make bookings online, or alternatively you can contact the reservations team on 0333 005 0996. If you would like to make bookings on our website and you don’t know your log in details, please call Agency Sales on 01732 775 009
I have a question about my account, how do I speak to somebody?
This scheme is an online only service. If you have a question, please click on the 'Contact us' option on the homepage and tell us in a few words what your question is. We will respond to you within 3 working days. Alternatively, please review the contact details below.

How do I spend my points?

I have requested a Love2shop Digital e-code - How do I use it?

Can I cancel my e-codes?
No - Upon completion of your order: E-Codes are non-refundable. Please select your products carefully before checkout.

Love2shop gift cards should arrive to via post within 10 working days
Love2shop digital codes should arrive via email within 3 working days
